The refuge is easily accessible (see access), about an hour and a half from the ski resort of the Chazelet, so it is, summer as winter, the ideal place to enjoy a gourmet break.
Knowing this, thewardens offer you at lunch a small salty/sweet menu, on the south terrace of the refuge. The whole food of the refuge is “homemade”! Ice cream in the summer, and a hot plate in the winter.
